The Mullerthal Trail
The Mullerthal Trail is around 112km long and consist of three main cycles: Route 1, Route 2, and Route 3. Both route 1 and 2 pass through the city of Echternach, which is considered the tourist and cultural center of the region.
Route 1 is filled with cultural sites and sports many of the region’s iconic landscapes like forests, meadows, and fields. Route 2 passes right through the center of Luxembourg’s Little Switzerland along with its spectacular rock formations. Route 3 is characterized not only by astounding rock formations, but also by wonderful valleys and romantic castles.
The Mullerthal Trail also has four extra tours, which are interesting as well and can be used as initiation or complementary tours.
